Program Calendar

PLEASE NOTE: Many different organizations use our public spaces for their programs; this calendar lists only museum programming. If the event you seek is not listed here, please visit the web site of the sponsoring organization for more information.

Summer Camp: Sensational Sculptures

Students are invited to come to the Education Studio for a weeklong (June 1–5, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. daily) summer camp where they can make artworks of their very own. Chisel and carve. Model and mold. We’ll explore the different materials used to create three-dimensional works of art, including clay, plaster, and wood. Campers will also have the opportunity to explore art in the museum’s galleries and go behind the scenes to view works that are rarely exhibited. For rising 6th- through 8th-graders.
Priority registration for members at the Individual level and above opens February 2, 2026; registration for all others opens February 14, 2026.

Children of Meadows Museum members at the Individual level and above: $125*
Children of SMU students/faculty/staff: $175
Children of non-members, and members at the Paperless Pass level: $200
*Museum membership must be current at the time of the camp to qualify for member pricing.
