Book a private tour for your group with one of the museum’s trained docents. The docent will offer context and insights into the works of art on view, and the content of the tour can be customized to your group’s interests.

Please note: The Meadows Museum is pleased to serve thousands of K-12 students per year. For the best tour experience possible, the museum highly recommends adult groups book tours on weekends or after 2:30 p.m. on weekdays.

  • Monday: CLOSED
  • Tuesday- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.(Thursday tours are available until 8:00 p.m.)
  • Sunday: 1:00–4:00 p.m.

Pricing (fees include admission):

  • $10.00 per person (fee applies to members and non-members and includes admission)
  • Free for up-to 10 people for Meadows Museum Members that redeem their “60th Anniversary Promotional Tour” offer. Not a member? In celebration of the Meadows Museum’s 60th anniversary, join or renew in 2025 at the individual level or above to receive this offer.
  • Free when booked on a Thursday after 5:00 p.m.

  • 60 minutes | 30 person maximum | Available October 2025–May 2026
  • Every academic year, the Meadows Museum selects a book to feature in our Book Club Tour. We encourage local book clubs to read our selection and then visit the museum for a tour that connects the book with works on view at the museum. The book selected for the 2025–2026 academic year is Attribution: A Novel, by Linda Moore.
