If the work is by a Spanish artist, you may send photos and information to Alexandra Filippelli, Meadows Museum, 5900 Bishop Blvd., Dallas, TX 75205. Please allow several weeks for a reply. For security reasons, please DO NOT bring the work into the museum. For all other works by non-Spanish artists, please contact the Dallas Museum of Art at www.dallasmuseumofart.org.

9. For SMU employees: Can you move/take away the University Art Collection work that is in my office?
Yes. Please contact Alexandra Filippelli, Collections Assistant, at either 8-1548, or firstname.lastname@example.org at least three weeks in advance to make arrangements for art handlers and any special vehicles or equipment.
10. For SMU employees: Can I get something from the University Art Collection to display in my office?
Possibly. At the present time, nearly all the works in the University Art Collection are already on display at various points around campus and there is a waiting list. Please contact Alexandra Filippelli, Collections Assistant, at either 8-1548 or email@example.com to determine availability and be put on the waiting list.
